Churches are a huge source of support to the trust as a whole and to the workers individually. We very much see our work in schools as a shared ministry and are extremely grateful for the prayerful, financial, and practical support that churches provide.

How can my church help?
 

There are various ways to get involved:

• Pray for the work - our termly newsletter is full of the latest information and prayer points

• Offer financial support - we rely solely on donations to sustain and equip the work

• Volunteer - encourage people in your church to volunteer with us, either regularly or for one-off events

• Book a speaker - Our schoolsworkers would love to visit a service or midweek group to share more about the work

• Recruit an SVST Church Rep - could you or someone else in your church serve as a link between the Trust and your church to keep people informed, publicise events and distribute the newsletter?

• Publicise and/or host a 'Pray for Schools' event - a fantastic opportunity to inform churches and individuals of what is happening and to come together in worship and prayer
