SVST is an independent registered charity formed in 1990 to support Christian schools-work in local Secondary schools by employing schools-workers.
Work
We believe it is educationally and socially important that as part of their school experience, young people should be helped to understand the importance of basic beliefs, both in the lives of others and in the development of their own attitudes and assumptions about life and lifestyle.
Ruth and Hannah are involved in leading assemblies, leading and assisting Christian Unions and Explorers groups. They also help with RE and PHSE lessons. Please contact SVST if they can be of any assistance to your secondary school.
In the Summer Term, they also visit primary schools with “It’s Your Move” to help year 6 pupils prepare for the move to secondary school.
